This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your Slovak language skills in the dynamic travel and hospitality sector, assisting customers with their accommodation needs. ### Key Responsibilities * Assist Slovak-speaking customers with accommodation bookings through phone, email, and chat. * Provide precise information on properties, rates, and Booking.com's booking policies. * Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently and accurately. * Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. * Maintain organized records of all customer interactions and bookings within Booking.com's reservation system. * Collaborate with team members to meet service quality and customer satisfaction targets. **Requirements** * Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial. * Experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. * Familiarity with online booking platforms and CRM systems is advantageous. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve challenges proactively. * Willingness to work in Greece; relocation assistance may be provided. * Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. **Benefits** 1.
