Must Have
Experience in a manufacturing environment, HS diploma or equivalent, Technical experience, Vision requirements, Ability to distinguish color, Pass a color blindness test, Regular attendance, Frequent interaction with others, Ability to work in a team-based environment, Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, Ability to communicate both written and verbally, Frequent use of hands and wrists, Required to stand, sit, squat, bend, walk, lift and climb frequently, 100% of the time spending in a manufacturing environment, Ability to wear all personal protective equipment, Occasional stooping, kneeling and bending

Support Environmental Health & Safety
Improve Environmental Health and Safety performance
Set-up slitter machines
Operate slitter machines
Maintain visual workplace standards
Complete required paperwork
Monitor quality by removing flag defects
Operate hoists and pallet jacks
Meet established percent of target production goals
Generate and complete necessary paper work and forms
Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Participate in Safety initiatives
Participate in Quality initiatives
Support continuous improvement
Update machine/department boards
Practice safety at all times
Perform housekeeping duties
Ensure a clean and safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
