Must Have
Completion of Tradesman and Qualification Act requirements, Licensed Industrial Electrician certification required. (309A, 442A), Experience in the Shop tools, lathe, mills, grinders, drill presses, precision measurement instruments, power tools, technical manuals/schematicslueprints, controllers, PLC & HMI, PID, calibration, and engineering drawings, Basic computer skills to allow for electronic maintenance task documentation., Clean shaven to wear a respirator

What You'll Do.

**Skilled Trades** **Position Summary:** * Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 AM-3:30 PM; **will transition to rotating continental shifts in the future** * This position is 100% on-site in Strathroy, Ontario. The newly launched manufacturing facility on Adair Blvd marks a pivotal expansion of Catalent’s Zydis® technology, a globally renowned, fast-dissolve oral dosage form that has transformed the lives of millions of patients worldwide. This is your opportunity to join a dedicated team at the forefront of pharmaceutical manufacturing. At Adair, you’ll play a vital role in the startup of a site built for innovation and excellence, from installation and qualification to regulatory approval and commercial manufacturing. Reporting to the Facility and Maintenance Supervisor, the Skilled Trades performs reactive, assigned, and preventative maintenance on all production and supporting equipment within the facility. The Skilled Trades diagnoses, troubleshoots, and provides mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic/control system support on all equipment. **The Role:** * Assembles, disassembles, installs, repairs, and/or fabricates as needed to maintain machinery, equipment, spare parts, tooling, change-parts, or facility in accordance to technical manuals/schematics/blueprints/SOPs/standard practices/experience/site resources/OEM resources as needed * Diagnoses and troubleshoots both mechanical and/or control problems and corrects as required in accordance to technical manuals/schematics/blueprints/SOPs/standard practices/experience/site resources/OEM resources as needed * Completes system support work (fuse changes, contactor resets, temperature controller adjustments, calibrations, PLCs, etc.) as trained; completes documentation (work orders, PMs, calibration forms, validation documents, etc.) to cGMP/SOP standards * Complies with PM, SOP, cGMP, and regulatory requirements * Executes assigned PMs and work orders as scheduled on time; supports on-site contractors as necessary for PM or
