What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in a handyman, property maintenance, or technician role, knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques, written and verbal communication skills, You have your own general tools, and can use them safely and effectively, You have your own vehicle, and can reliably travel around San Francisco, A clean background check and drivers license
Nice to Have
ideally in residential homes is a plus
What You'll Do.
provide high-quality handyman
and proactive maintenance services for our member's primary homes
Proactive maintenance – you'll keep major appliances and home systems maintained on an established schedule
Home repairs – you'll mount artwork
and other similar tasks that come up in the home
Basic electrical & plumbing
like installing light fixtures & thermostats
replacing light switches
troubleshooting outlets
clearing clogged drains
Other property management tasks
like picking up packages
taking in the mail while a household is out on vacation
hanging holiday lights
or filling car tires with air when needed
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work closely with us to provide high-quality handyman, repair, and proactive maintenance services; scheduling, communication w/ homeowners, and parts/materials ordering is handled for you
