This role is for hands-on PLC Technicians who enjoy solving complex problems, improving control systems, and keeping production running at peak performance. You’ll play a critical role in plant automation, instrumentation, and controls, where your expertise directly impacts safety, uptime, and efficiency every day. ## How You Will Make Contributions That Matter * Install, test, maintain, inspect, modify, and repair plant automation and control systems. * Program, configure, update, and debug PLC and HMI software and operating parameters. * Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation issues; identify root cause and corrective actions. * Diagnose and resolve system alarms, faults, jams, and connectivity issues. * Calibrate plant instrumentation including pressure, temperature, level, flow, pH, conductivity, weight, force, and speed instruments. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and maintain accurate CMMS and maintenance records. * Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and OEMs to support plant operations and automation projects. * Recommend and implement control system improvements, upgrades, and enhancements. * Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance mechanics, production supervisors, and manufacturing engineers. * Follow and promote all safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout, NEC, NFPA 70E, and state requirements. * Adhere to the Saputo Code of Ethics and company values. ## What You Bring * High School Diploma or GED. * Associate degree in
