Schedule: Varies as needed Pay range: $26.32 an hour, once deemed qualified as a Cheese Room Operator, the hourly pay rate will increase to $27.07/hour. ** This is a union position, covered under Teamsters Local 294 Union** The job responsibilities for this position are as follows: Blender Deck Operator: This job includes the cooling of cottage cheese curd and blending it with CO2, cheese dressing, fruit, and flavors according to plant SOPs and formulation. Candidates will be required to understand the following operational needs. They must have the ability to perform the tear down, set up, hand wash, CIP, and sanitize of all equipment and circuits associated with the blending operation. General knowledge of the cheese room and work in conjunction with the Cheese Room Operators and Filler Operators to ensure an efficient operation. Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements. Keep all work areas neat and clean at all time, to conform to GMP and SQF requirements.
