Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent, 0 years additional education and/or related experience in soldering, cable and harness, or soldering, High School diploma or equivalent, 2 years additional education and/or related experience in soldering, cable and harness, or soldering, Ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. Government DoD security clearance, Ability to work with a Microsoft Office products and process documentation
Nice to Have
Aerospace Industry manufacturing experience, Experience with TipQA, Costpoint, Windchill, MES, Creo, Understanding of wiring processes, crimping, splicing, wire routing, and assembly techniques as it applies to IPC standard harness assembly operations, Familiarization with ESD, FOD, 5S, and Tool Control required, NASA J-STD and/or IPC 620 certifications w/ Space Addendums

Fabricate space flight cable assemblies
Assemble space flight cable assemblies
Fabricate wire harness assemblies
Assemble wire harness assemblies
Support work schedule equivalent to 40hrs per week
Report to the Manufacturing Manager
