Must Have
Applicants must be 18+ on their start date. Enjoys working outside with guests of all ages and abilities. Required: Ski parallel or ride switch on all green and groomed blue terrain. Your ski/snowboard ability may be evaluated. Own or have regular access to all appropriate gear. Your gear may be inspected for safety.
Nice to Have
Experience working with children is preferred. Experience coaching or teaching any subject is preferred.

Lessons are taught using methods prescribed by the Winter Park Ski & Ride School with an emphasis on safety and fun to meet or exceed the expectations of our guests. WPSRS promotes Instructors’ professional development with extensive on-snow training opportunities with top-tier educators plus financial aid for PSIA/AASI certification exams. Instructors are eligible for sales incentives, hourly incentives, and tips that may significantly increase their take home pay. _To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
