Lessons are taught using methods prescribed by the Winter Park Ski & Ride School with an emphasis on safety and fun to meet or exceed the expectations of our guests. WPSRS promotes Instructors’ professional development with extensive on-snow training opportunities with top-tier educators plus financial aid for PSIA/AASI certification exams. Instructors are eligible for sales incentives, hourly incentives, and tips that may significantly increase their take home pay. _To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. This position is required to work weekends and holidays._ **_ESSENTIAL DUTIES_ :** * Teach lessons as assigned including groups, private lessons, or special programs for adults and/or children ages 2-14 using current methods & age appropriate tactics to meet and exceed our guests expectations.
