Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 10–15+ years of construction management experience, data center or mission-critical projects required, understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, Experience with commissioning and system turnover, Proven ability to deliver fast-track, complex projects
What You'll Do.
Lead day-to-day construction execution
Oversee installation and integration of complex electrical and mechanical systems
Drive projects from preconstruction through commissioning
Lead commissioning activities
Maintain on-site presence to monitor progress
Manage procurement and delivery of long-lead equipment
Coordinate with utility providers
Provide leadership to contractors and trade partners
Ensure safety protocols during energized work
