Must Have
3–5 years experience supporting or developing existing web applications using C# /. NET, understanding of C# (. NET Framework), ASP. NET MVC, REST APIs, Experience working with production incidents and defect resolution, Good understanding of microservices-based systems, Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (operational level), Experience with testing practices related to bug fixing and regression prevention, Comfortable working in incident-driven environments, Fluent in English
Nice to Have
SiteOps, SRE, or Production Support roles, Exposure to observability and logging tools (e.g. Dynatrace, AppInsights, New Relic), ITIL or incident management experience, Experience working in distributed, international teams

This role is **focused on resolving platform defects and removing technical debt**. You will work on bugs, incidents, and platform stability improvements, partnering closely with Development, DevOps, and Architecture teams to ensure reliable, high-quality systems.
