What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–10 years commercial construction experience, Understanding of construction processes, Understanding of sequencing, Understanding of scheduling, Understanding of quality control, Excellent communication skills, Excellent leadership skills, Proficiency with construction management software, Valid driver’s license, Willingness to travel to sites, Legally entitled to work in Canada, Reside in Greater Vancouver area, Available for in-person site work
Nice to Have
Site Superintendent experience, Availability to start immediately, Availability to start within 1–2 weeks
