Learn more at: https://www.besix.com About the project – Oosterweel Link (Antwerp) The Oosterweel Link is one of the largest and most ambitious infrastructure projects in Europe, aimed at completing the Antwerp Ring Road and significantly improving mobility in and around the city. The project includes the construction of major infrastructure works such as the Scheldt Tunnel, the Oosterweel interchange, and the Canal Tunnels, creating a direct connection between the left and right banks of the river Scheldt. Beyond mobility, the project focuses on enhancing quality of life by reducing traffic congestion, improving road safety, and integrating the Ring into the urban environment through tunnels, green zones, and new public spaces.
