The Site Services role is responsible for oversee and coordinate end-to-end Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, including cafeteria operations, employee transportation, cleaning and housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and other soft services, ensuring service delivery meets contractual, safety, and operational standards. The role acts as the single point of coordination for all outsourced IFM and service providers. While day-to-day execution is carried out by vendors, this position focuses on service governance, performance monitoring, cost control, compliance assurance, and continuous improvement in alignment with contractual SLAs, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
