Specific experience at a day-to-day operational level to suit the environment. Other than formally qualified, a person with the ability to deal with tasks that do not require formal qualifications, after instruction by an appropriately skilled person experienced in dealing with various building services issues that may cover: Planned Preventative Maintenance Tasks Minor Mechanical and Electrical works Minor plumbing works Minor buildings works Water hygiene maintenance And others as they arise, as this list is not exhaustive. Responsibilities: To carry out the building services Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme and Reactive Maintenance as directed by the Site CDM in accordance with the building operating manuals and in compliance with the contract service levels. Use of tablet based CAFM & technology relating to tasks will be necessary with requirement for real time working FUNCTIONS * To carry out mechanical, electrical and fabric PPM in accordance with the O&M Manuals and service levels to their skill level * To assist and co-ordinate the activities of specialist subcontractors into the PPM programme * To carry out Reactive Maintenance in resp
