Full Job Description

Our client is a global multi-energy company operating large-scale refining and petrochemical facilities. It transforms crude oil into fuels and essential industrial products through highly integrated and technologically advanced operations. The organisation is recognized for its strong HSE culture, operational excellence, and commitment to reducing environmental impact. Join one of the world's largest LNG developments, the Mozambique LNG Project. A world-class onshore LNG project located at the Afungi site in Northern Mozambique. The Site Services Manager leads the Site Facilities and Services team, overseeing all site services activities executed within the project area. Reporting to senior site leadership, the role manages a diverse team of approximately 300 personnel (10–20 direct reports) and drives performance across camp management, catering, utilities, waste management, logistics, and associated services contractors. • Inspire a strong HSE culture and lead by example; ensure full compliance with project HSE requirements across all site services activities. • Develop, coach, and build a high-performing multidisciplinary team; promote teamwork and support local workforce capability development. • Ensure continuous and efficient operation of all services: accommodation camps (hard and soft services), catering and housekeeping, utilities (power, water supply, wastewater treatment), waste management (solid, liquid, hazardous, incineration), and landscaping. • Manage daily/weekly reporting, KPIs, planning, budget tracking, cost control, and contract and procurement activities for the site services scope. • Enforce compliance with project standards and implement a rigorous change control process. • Review and validate key contractor documents (execution plans, procedures, method statements) to ensure alignment with project requirements. • Identi
