SITE SELECTION PROGRAM MANAGER POSITION OVERVIEW As the Site Selection Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the expansion of Vultr’s worldwide data center footprint. This role is central to maintaining the velocity, structure, and visibility of our global site selection pipeline. You will bridge the gap between Site Selection, Network Engineering, Capacity Planning, Finance, Legal, and Data Center Operations, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment and driving accountability across multiple concurrent global expansion projects. In our fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will bring operational discipline, structure, and transparency to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives—empowering Vultr to scale rapidly while minimizing execution risk. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Pipeline Management: Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of site selection activities, from initial market screening and due diligence through lease execution and handoff to the deployment teams. - Visibility & Reporting: Maintain centralized program trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor global deal status, milestones, risks, and critical dependencies. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary connective tissue between Site Selection, Infrastructure Engineering, Capacity Planning, Finance, Legal, and external data center op
