What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Linux, Kubernetes, configuration management/IaC, managing networked storage with NetApp appliances, troubleshooting NFS and SMB on Linux and Windows, 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related disciplines, Python, managing and monitoring containerized infrastructure, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD, IaC and configuration management tools such as Terraform, SaltStack, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
Nice to Have
working within an IT organization is a plus
What You'll Do.
developing and maintaining productivity service infrastructure
ensure the availability and reliability of systems
managing and scaling networked storage solutions
and manage a variety of internal systems
and manage secure NetApp-based networked storage solutions
and manage a variety of internal systems
from directory services to AI tools
both on-prem and in the cloud
Enable and promote good engineering practice across the Enterprise Technology organization
Develop monitoring solutions to ensure high system uptime and utilize tools to detect and resolve issues proactively
