At Saily, we believe in giving sharp people context, autonomy, and AI as their multiplier to allow them to just do their best work. ## Main Responsibilities Own infrastructure problems end-to-end — from idea to production Own networking and routing, every data packet is our responsibility Find new and interesting ways to improve network quality Improve code quality, speed and deployment processes Ensure zero downtime for different environments and projects Implement new solutions based on the IaC concept Search and implement effective solutions for scaling environments up or down Improve existing and implement new, effective CI/CD processes Use AI agents for your day-to-day work ## Core Requirements 4+ years of infrastructure configuration, automation and testing experience Strong experience with configuration management tools like Ansible/etc Experience with networking protocols and fundamental knowledge of IP networking Strong Python or Bash ski
