We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to support our team responsible for building, managing, maintaining, deploying, and securing mission-critical services to make the Internet work. Responsibilities: Participate in technical designs for products migrating to a shared Kubernetes environment Installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical hosts used to support production and non-production applications Development of deployment automation using Ansible Orchestration of Kubernetes workloads Coordination with other technical staff to deploy systems and software Performance of operational support functions, including problem isolation and resolution Documentation of processes, procedures, configurations, and deployment plans Provide critical technical leadership in Kubernetes environments (on-prem and AWS) Regularly reporting progress to management Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation with other team members Work with software developers to plan and deploy services and software Our ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, excellent troubleshooting instincts, curiosity about new technologies, and strong investment in maintaining secure and available services.
