The CPT operates using cutting edge technologies and cost efficient ensuring also business perspective and technologies stacks. **The Core Software Engineering Services (CSES) team** is responsible for building and maintaining the tool stack in which our customers (colleagues across the whole company) perform daily business and monitoring the health and dependencies of the services. We believe that collaboration leads to the best ideas, and we rely heavily on team interaction. As a role based in Cluj-Napoca, this position will require 5 days in the office each week. ### Responsibilities * Support CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline the software delivery lifecycle (help assist product teams to build/maintain). * Automate routine operational tasks and system maintenance to enhance reliability and consistency. * Support installation, configuration, and upgrades of software engineering applications and environments. * Administer and optimize Jenkins or other automation servers to ensure build and deployment stability. * Evaluate, integrate, and support new tools and technologies that improve engineering efficiency and resilience. * Implement, maintain, and enhance monitoring and testing solutions to ensure application health and performance. * Perform technical root cause analysis, identify corrective actions, and prevent recurring issues. * Participate in capacity planning, backup management, and scaling strategies to ensure system reliability. * Collaborate in peer code reviews, offering feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement. * Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fosteri
