We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Service Protection team in Liverpool on a 9 month FTC. The role provides good exposure across environment management, release support, and cross team coordination. As Site Reliability Engineer, your responsibilities will include among others: * Overseeing daily health check reporting from the test team, coordinating resolution of any issues (e.g. batch failures, trading platform issues, CORD outputs) and performing CORD releases in UAT and Production * Supporting file transfer investigations (VLTrader / GoAnywhere) * Coordinating quarterly SEI test environment switches / credential updates and handling UAT SEI account setup requests * Managing Avaloq test account passwords and updating passwords on a monthly basis for the spreadsheet listing all Avaloq Oracle user accounts * Raising and coordinating environment refresh requests (e.g. DWH, StatPro) * Supporting UAT API connection issues between Iress and Voyant, UAT access requests for Voyant, UAT API connection issues between Iress and PlannerPal and UAT access requests for PlannerPal ## Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should: * Previous experience in IT Service Management (ITIL), ideally within C
