Site Readiness, Project Management Mgr (General Project Mgmt) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Manager, Site Readiness Project Management Leader (****Level M)** to join our dynamic team in **Berkeley, Missouri**. This role will report directly to the Vice President of BDS St. Louis Site Readiness and will be responsible for maturing the strategy and plan to help ensure the site is positioned to meet commitments, respond effectively to change, and achieve and sustain business stability. This position performs business management activities; develops and executes integrated organizational plans; guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives; and acquires resources to support organizational activities. Key areas of focus include critical capacity management, baseline management, change control, and RIO management to enable a stable and predictable business environment.
