Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher, 7+ years of Program Management, Project Management, and/or Business Operations experience, 7+ years of excellent use with Microsoft Office Products - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word., 7+ years of experience demonstrating time management, collaboration, decision-making, and leadership strengths in written and verbal communications, 5+ years of experience working with executive leadership, Ability to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance, U. S. Citizenship required for Security Clearance, Must meet U. S. export control compliance requirements, Must be a "U. S. Person" as defined by 22 C. F. R. §120. 62
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Develop and execute integrated site readiness plans to support business stability and commitment performance.
Lead site governance for capacity management
Maintain stakeholder alignment across site
leveraging site Oobeya to integrate with GREF
and program teams to align priorities and resolve constraints.
Establish and maintain an operating cadence to assess readiness
and drive timely decisions.
Coordinate actions across project managers and functional leaders to ensure execution and accountability.
Provide performance reporting
and risk visibility to support leadership decision-making.
Drive process discipline
and continuous improvement to improve site predictability.
Develop decision-support tools
and planning artifacts to improve transparency and effectiveness.
