In total, we have multinational staff of more than 500 working in energy sector in APAC. Role Overview The PTW / LOTO Electrical Engineer will be responsible for managing and administering the Permit to Work (PTW) and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) systems during the testing, commissioning, energization, and operational readiness phases of the project. The successful candidate will ensure safe isolation of electrical systems, establish and maintain isolation boundaries, coordinate with commissioning and construction teams, and verify compliance with project electrical safety requirements. This role requires strong knowledge of electrical systems, commissioning activities, switching operations, and electrical safety procedures within utility-scale renewable energy, power generation, transmission, distribution, or industrial facilities. * Administer and manage the project PTW and LOTO systems in accordance with project procedures and client requirements. * Review, approve, and coordinate electrical isolation requests for construction, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities. * Develop, maintain, and verify isolation plans, LOTO registers, isolation matrices, and switching schedules. * Define and verify electrical isolation boundaries for work activities involving MV and LV electrical systems. * Coordinate with construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and contractor teams to ensure safe execution of work. * Verify that all isolation activities are properly documented, imp
