What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years infrastructure, construction, facilities, or data center projects, Site-based full time, Demonstrated ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and vendors, Working understanding of data center or critical-facilities environments, Experience managing contractors and vendors on active sites, Organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, Comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes, Proficiency with project tracking and scheduling tools
Nice to Have
Experience with new deployments, retrofits, upgrades, or capital projects, Familiarity with commissioning, MEP, power and cooling, or structured cabling, Background bridging construction/deployment handover into operations, Experience delivered a data center deployment or build, PMP or CAPM, DCD, CDCP, BICSI, ITIL Foundation, Lean or Six Sigma, SOP / process-development experience
