What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field, or equivalent, Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in project controls for large capital projects, At least 10 years of experience delivering multi-billion-dollar mega-projects in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, or Semiconductor, Minimum of 7 years leading multi-disciplinary project controls teams within a complex, matrixed environment, Demonstrated experience overseeing Tier-1 EPC contractors from the owner’s or program management perspective, proficiency in advanced work packaging, earned value management, and system-based commissioning methodologies
Nice to Have
Experience working within large-scale industrial or high-tech manufacturing capital programs, Proven ability to develop and implement project controls governance frameworks on complex, fast-track projects, stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels, Advanced proficiency with major project controls software platforms and data visualization tools, Professional certification in project controls, project management, or cost engineering (e. g. , CCP, PSP, PMP)
