What They're Looking For.
Must Have
TS/SCI with polygraph, Ten (10) years of program management experience with large, complex requirements associated with operations and sustainment functions, Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar, Management experience with P&L responsibility, Personnel management experience, Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics, Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment, Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations, Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects
Nice to Have
PMP or equivalent, certifications in quality control or assurance, experience with managing secure facilities

Ensure services delivered within program guidelines
Be responsive to the site COTR/CLIN Manager
Overall day-to-day management functions
Provide and lead appropriately skilled workforce
Notifying Government POCs of significant facility events
Monitor execution of financial activities
Identify issues and adapt program plans
Develop plans and schedules
Use established program management procedures
Review and clarify contract requirements
Identify potential downstream issues
