What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of experience in site operations, technical operations, RF communications systems, computer systems support, or related field services., Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience., troubleshooting and problem-solving skills., Experience supporting hardware, software, networking, or RF communication systems., communication, organization, and customer service skills., Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., Ability to coordinate and support remote field teams., Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically up to 50%.
Nice to Have
Experience in construction management or highway construction management., Knowledge of Weigh-in-Motion scale systems., Background in electrical computer hardware, software, or related technical disciplines., Experience working in transportation, roadside technology, or infrastructure environments.

Serve as a primary point of contact for technicians
and internal departments.
Coordinate field activities to support project timelines and customer needs.
Communicate operational updates and help resolve service-related concerns.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Conduct field visits and site oversight to monitor work quality and consistency.
Support continuous improvement efforts related to safety
and service delivery.
