Must Have

5 + years’ experience successfully managing a manufacturing facility or similar environment, Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction, lead large teams, develop team members, and inspire the team to achieve key goals in a timely and cost-effective manner, knowledge of production management in the steel fabrication industry or equivalent including welding, large machine operations, inventory management, and fulfillment processes, Demonstrated success applying LEAN manufacturing principles, written and verbal communications skills and the ability to present oneself and communicate in a professional, positive, and courteous manner at all levels in the organization, High Emotional Intelligence and interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully build and grow internal and external relationships, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities, Understanding of operational finance particularly fixed vs variable costs and overhead absorption
