Female founded and family operated, we are growing fast, and with gratitude! **About the role:** Join our fast-growing beauty brand and become a key member of our expanding ecommerce team. We are seeking a highly organized, analytically minded Manager of Site Operations & Merchandising who sits at the intersection of site operations and digital merchandising. This role owns the day-to-day functionality of OSEA.com while shaping the way our products are discovered, ranked, and experienced by customers. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of ecommerce experience, a passion for clean beauty, hands-on Shopify expertise, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a fully remote role. Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position. **Requirements** **Ecommerce Operations** * Create and manage discount codes, promotions, and product-level configurations in Shopify * Own product tagging and catalog management to ensure consistent, well-organized site architecture * Own on-site inventory data and coordinate with relevant teams to address discrepancies and communicate updates to relevant cross functional partners. * Build and maintain Shopify Flows to automate key tasks and streamline operations * Partner with the Customer Experience team to identify, triage, and resolve site bugs and functionality issues, escalating to developers and external partners as needed * Manage third-party app relationships and integrations, serving as the primary point of contact for vendors, overseeing tool performance, and troubleshooting issues in coordination with engineering and external partners as needed. **Site Merchandising** * Maintain and execute a site merchandising calendar aligned to product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring on-site presentation reflects key moments and is delivered on time and on brand.
