What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, site operations, or a related field, attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Highly organized and proactive, with a sense of ownership, Clear and effective cross-functional communication skills, Interest in customer behavior and digital shopping experiences, proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required
Nice to Have
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, CMS tools, or analytics tools is a plus, Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.
What You'll Do.
Execute daily and weekly site merchandising updates across homepage
Support product setup and readiness
including SKU validation
and on-site placement
Assist in launch execution
including product drops
and seasonal updates providing occasional early-morning or late-night support during major launches
or time-sensitive business needs
Perform thorough QA of site content
ensuring accuracy across product information
Maintain internal trackers
and documentation to support efficient site operations
Monitor site experience and performance at a basic level
identifying issues and opportunities for improvement
Support testing and optimization initiatives
contributing to ongoing improvements in merchandising and user experience
Drive scalable product build by streamlining end-to-end workflows
including oversight and strategy for outfits and bundles

## Job Description **Fabletics** is currently looking for a **Site Merchandising Coordinator.** **How do you fit in?** We are looking for a detail-oriented **Site Merchandising Coordinator** to support the day-to-day execution of the online shopping experience. This role plays a critical part in ensuring site accuracy, supporting launches, and maintaining a seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn how merchandising decisions impact conversion and revenue.
