## Job Description **Fabletics** is currently looking for a **Site Merchandiser – Men’s.** **How do you fit in?** As the **Site Merchandiser** , you will support the execution of site merchandising strategy for the men’s business. This role will be responsible for helping drive an engaging, conversion-focused site experience by analyzing business data, supporting A/B testing initiatives, and guiding offshore teams on product build and execution. You’ll serve as a key contributor within the Ecommerce team, partnering closely with Ecom Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Studio teams to ensure the men’s site experience is optimized, on-brand, and aligned to business goals. This role reports into the **Senior Site Manager** and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **What you will do:** * Support execution of site merchandising strategy for the Men’s business in partnership with the Senior Site Manager. * Analyze business performance data and surface insights to inform site decisions and optimize the customer journey. * Support A/B testing initiatives, including setup, monitoring, and post-test analysis to drive continuous improvement. * Provide clear direction and guidance to offshore teams on product build, content execution, and site updates. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecom Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Studio teams to ensure seamless site execution. * Manage timelines and cross-functional dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of site updates and launches. * Monitor site performance and customer behavior, translating data into actionable recommendations. * Contribute to planning sessions and post-launch reviews, sharing learnings and optimization opportunities. * Help maintain site best practices, including product taxonomy, page sequencing, and content hierarchy. * Monitor and optimize site search performance, including keyword tuning,
