How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, Finance, HR, and the wider Axalta business; Work closely with internal and external manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, R&D, and business teams; Collaborate with Finance and HR to support budgeting, capability development, and organisational planning; Represent site performance to regional and global leadership clearly and data-driven; Lead, develop, and motivate multi-disciplinary teams across manufacturing and support functions
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written); communication and influencing skills
