What You'll Do.
Lead and manage Production and Warehouse teams
and development to teams
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations
and environmental systems
Oversee safe and efficient operation of plant and
Conduct hazard analyses
Implement preventive maintenance programmes
Develop production schedules to meet customer demands
Manage costs and resources efficiently
Investigate downtime issues
Identify and implement process improvements
Coordinate logistics for product deliveries
Manage purchase orders for projects and maintenance
Assess and maintain approved on-site contractors
Ensure contractor compliance with safety and environmental standards
Support QC Laboratory for product and environmental standards
Maintain records related to plant maintenance
Promote waste minimisation
Promote efficient use of raw materials (FIFO)
Maintain high housekeeping standards
Conduct Toolbox meetings
Participate in internal audits
Participate in risk assessments
Ensure timely processing of administrative documentation
Support site security measures
Report on operational performance
Report on safety metrics
Report on environmental metrics
Perform other duties as directed
