What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in workforce management or farming, leadership skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, Knowledge of farm operations, resource management, Good organizational skills, critical thinking, problem solving, Ability to act as a mentor, professionalism, work ethics, Discipline, act as a role model, Computer skills (e. g. , Microsoft Office), SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerApps, ability to learn a validated system (internal software), Ability to ensure that a safe working environment is maintained, observing all safety procedures and working methods, making proper use of protective clothing and equipment, reading, understanding, and following all safety documents, Abide by the confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement
What You'll Do.
Ensure management of the Colony
Ensure wellbeing of all NHPs
Planning/Application & follow up health care protocol
Manage the feeding process
Ensure cleanliness of unit/s and pens
organize and supervise works
Resolve workplace conflicts
Motivate team members
Assist Human Resource department in recruiting
Assist Head of Production to implement procedures
Assist Head of Production to monitor performance
Ensure infrastructure is well maintained
equipment and other resources
Assist Quality department in enforcing quality management system
Assist HR department in enforcing health & safety culture
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with other departments (Veterinary, Animal Welfare team); Work & collaboration with maintenance department; interact with operatives and stakeholders
