Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or applicable field, Five years of supervisory or managerial experience in an airport operations or maintenance environment, Nine years of supervisory or managerial experience in an airport operations or maintenance environment, Ability to obtain necessary TSA and airport security clearance, Ability to be on-call and work occasional evenings and weekends
Nice to Have
Background in operations, facility maintenance, administration, finance, and safety, Experience working within a large airport hub environment, Knowledge of OSHA regulations, airport safety standards, and maintenance best practices, Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical schematics, Computer Skills with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, project management and understanding of CMMS, leadership abilities, coupled with demonstrated organizational, participative management, and verbal and written communication skills

This role oversees site personnel, maintenance planning, safety compliance, and customer coordination to ensure reliable equipment performance and uninterrupted airport operations.
