Our team delivers high-quality design and build solutions for clients across various sectors, combining technical excellence with creative innovation to transform commercial spaces that exceed client expectations. ## CANDIDATE PROFILE • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture • Minimum 3 years' experience in construction management or supervision roles • Experience in retail or office construction projects (highly preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-oriented mindset with versatility to adapt to different contexts • Leadership abilities and proactive attitude • Strong negotiation skills and results orientation • Advanced IT skills in Office suite, AutoCAD and MS Project • Good knowledge of English ## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage all stages of the work in accordance with the budget, planning, quality and JLL image, ensuring coordination with all parties involved • Define, choose and negotiate with suppliers and service providers, according to the specifics of each project; • Drawing up inte
