As a Site Manager, you will play a key role within the operations team, working closely with client sites and reporting directly to the District Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the Embedded Workforce Supply Group and site supervision to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. The Site Manager develops and implements operational policies, strategies, and procedures to meet company goals, manages budgets and contractual P&L objectives, and leads incident investigations to drive continuous improvement.
