Bachelor's degree, 7 years management experience, 5 years contract management experience, Working knowledge of 2019 ICE National Detention Standards, Undergo Suitability Check, Obtain favorable fitness determination, Demonstrated experience managing staffing, Demonstrated experience managing budgets, Demonstrated experience managing schedules, Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, Organizational skills, Leadership skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
Experience in detention centers, Experience in civilian community law enforcement, Experience in commercial or industrial guard service, Experience in security service supervisory positions, Bilingual English and Spanish
