Reporting into the Regional Manager, the Site Manager will supervise, lead and control, in part, operational tasks relating to the yard. They will respond effectively to quality and productivity and health and safety requirements. They will see to the planning of operations and collaborate with management to continuously optimize and improve processes. What you're responsible for: * Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates * Organizing workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks * Monitoring employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching * Maintaining timekeeping and personnel record
