Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biomedical Science, or related fields, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, At least 5+ years of experience in healthcare, pharma, clinical trials, or regulatory operations, minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing teams, proven leadership capabilities, Ability to build and develop high performance teams, Proficiency in using EDC (Electronic Data Capture) systems and other healthcare data tools, Excellent communication skills, Expertise in regulatory compliance, data management, and documentation processes, interpersonal and client management skills
Nice to Have
advanced certifications in clinical research or regulatory affairs, certifications and experience in the life sciences space, Experience with Expanded Access Programs, Experience with reimbursement structures

Lead a team of site managers
Coach the Site Management team
Ensure all EAP site management processes meet regulatory standards
Identify opportunities to enhance EAP Site Management Operations
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction
