Must Have
College/University Degree (Life Sciences), Prior administrative experience in Clinical Research / CRO environment, preferably in an international setting, Full working proficiency in Heberw and good English skills, Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Good organizational and planning skills, problem-solving abilities, flexibility, Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, Team-oriented, excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, positive attitude to tasks and projects
What You'll Do.
Perform site management activities
Manage documents and trackers
Communicate with sites and study vendors
documents and information
Ensure regulatory and ethics committee submissions
Ensure proper administration of sites and vendors payments
Coordinate preparation for and follow-up on site audits
Review and coordinate site-specific EDC completion
Support the organization of internal team meetings
Maintain study-specific and corporate tracking systems
Maintain Trial Master File
Perform TMF oversight
and update Investigator Site Files
Revise and check translation status
Ensure proper safety information flow
Update CTMS with project information
Support Monitors in completion of CTMS information
