What You'll Do.
Maintain databases and tracking systems
Serve as primary sites’ contact point
Communicate with company departments and external parties
Act as communication point for investigative sites
Coordinate site-specific query resolution
Coordinate project training for site teams
Coordinate access to vendor-related systems
Ensure proper administration of sites and vendors payments
Receive and route all mails and incoming calls
Assist with meeting arrangements
Prepare draft agendas and minutes of project meetings
