What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree, Experience in Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations, Experience in significant team leadership from managerial position in transportation delivery industry or similar logistics environment, Experience using Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics, Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Experience in data analysis, Leveraging analytics to make decisions
What You'll Do.
Drive standardization across sites
Drive creation of quality initiatives
Drive process change initiatives
Drive Lean initiatives
and customer experience
Set and clarify requirements and expectations for on-site
Hold management accountable for performance
Source and nurture ideas from management
Roll ideas into creation of improvement plans
Ensure best practices are shared across departments
Work closely with support staff
Build and secure support and resources for projects
Provide needed support and resources for other staff
Manage and lead on-site management team
Coach and mentor team
Ensure performance objectives are met
Build positive employee relations
Build leadership bench strength
