2+ years Amazon experience, Staffing lifecycle experience, Global Supply Chain experience, Manufacturing experience, Production experience, Procurement experience, Distribution experience, 7+ years direct management experience, Salaried workforce management, Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds, Regular bending, lifting, stretching, Walking in the FC, Continual standing or walking 5 miles daily, Work in noisy, unlit, unheated, unconditioned environments, Access all building areas
Nice to Have
Experience in Engineering, Experience in Operations, Experience in Business Administration, Experience leading large contingent workforce programs, Experience working in fast paced environments, Manage workload during stress
