What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years direct management experience, Experience in a Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations, Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
Nice to Have
Experience leading large contingent workforce programs, Experience working in fast paced environments, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
