Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds, Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, Walking in FC and around area, Continual standing and/or walking an average of 5 miles daily, Ability to work in construction/distribution environments, Ability to access all areas of building, Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, gangways safely

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Experience in Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations, 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience, Experience with staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, and terminations, 7+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment, Flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field, Experience leading large contingent workforce programs, Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity, Experience hiring candidates, mentoring and developing employees in their careers

Leverage Operations and Area Managers by sourcing ideas

Leverage Operations and Area Managers by nurturing ideas

Roll ideas into creation of improvement plans for

Ensure best practices are shared across all departments

Ensure best practices are shared among shifts

Ensure best practices are shared among the network

Work closely with support staff to build and
