What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Experience in Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations, 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience, Experience with staffing lifecycle, 7+ years direct management experience, Experience managing a salaried workforce

Nice to Have

Experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field, Experience leading large contingent workforce programs, Experience working in fast paced environments, Managing workload during stress or escalated activity
