Nice to Have
4+ years restoration/mitigation experience, Experience launching or growing a new market, territory, or business unit, Exposure to operational metrics, job costing, or P&L performance
What You'll Do.
launch and grow our Riverside

executing mitigation operations
building the foundation for a scalable team
operational execution
expansion into additional service lines
Establish and grow referral relationships with plumbers
Generate consistent job flow through outbound outreach and relationship management
Represent Drylux as the trusted local restoration partner
Oversee mitigation jobs from intake through completion
Ensure all work meets Drylux standards for quality
Support or perform field work as needed in early stages
and develop field technicians as job volume grows
Establish a high-performance culture aligned with Drylux standards
Transition from individual contributor to team leader
Build processes and systems to support multi-crew operations
Delegate effectively as the team grows
